I’ve tried the scan/repair, deleting the folder in Documents and reinstalling, resetting my router but nothing seems to work. I’m on a wireless connection so it’s impossible for me to do a direct connection from the modem to PC. I read it’s a wireless issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
What I'm reading about this error sounds like BS, to me. Do you have UPnP enabled, or at least UDP ports 3074-3079 being forwarded? TCP 3074 is also needed to connect to their servers.

I’ll try those ports when I get home. Thank you. Could you point me on how to get to the screen to enter those port numbers?

You need to login to your router. Every router is different, but it should be easy to find.
