coax/rj45 wall plate

I cant seem to find any. I'm only finding combos of x4+ outlets. (the extra wide ones) I just need one coax and one rj45 outlet for a standard sized wall plate.

have you tried radio shack? I didnt see much on their website, but you may want to give em a call. I swear I've seen both of the outlets your looking for in the store.

I would call a local electrical supplier and order the following:
Leviton 41080-2IP (ivory) or 41080-2WP (white) 2 port wallplate
Leviton 5G108-RI5 (ivory) or 5G108-RW5 (white) Cat5e jack
Leviton 41084-FIF (ivory) or 41084-FWF (white) Coax jack
This assumes you want coax and cat5e in the same jack. If not, order two 1 port wallplates: 41080-1IP or 41080-1WP
