CNPS7000 Led or SI-97?

I am plannin on my final upgarde for my next cs 1.6 dedicated server with 32 players. My server will be using athlon 2500+ xp mobile with Abit AN7 mobo. Also I will be plannin on ocing this cpu to 2.5 - 2.6 ghz on air. The question is: Which one should I get Zalman CNPS7000 Led or SI-97 with 92mm tornado (I have it) on it? I am lookin for good coolin out of it. :D
 
Edit: Nvm i just found out that Zalman CNPS7000 Led isn't compitable with AN7 mobo. Sorry for gettin ur attention.
