CNN Buys Stake In Internet Broadcasting

CNN announced today that it is buying a minority share in Internet Broadcasting Systems and that the two companies will begin swapping online news as early as July.

Internet Broadcasting will provide local news for CNN.com in exchange for national and world news. Internet Broadcasting said it will sell ads on CNN.com as part of its own advertising packages. Internet Broadcasting spokesman Kevin Abramson said the ad sales will begin soon and that content sharing should begin by July.
