Not that I know of, but it's easy to get the parts. Hell, Radio Shack carries enough of 'em, although maybe with a few substitutions and a ship-to-store order. Mouser or Digikey would give you more selection on the ICs and such.
Here's the best guide I know of for doing it, and it includes parts lists for a number of the usual suppliers.
