Sorry if this has been posted already, but I thought this was cool.

CMOS Reset

Notice that the 5 1/2" panel has a flap to lift up to reset your CMOS in case you have an overclock go bad. Saves leaving the side panel off your case.

I had a PC with a "Turbo" button on the front a while back (what the heck was that for???) that went right to the motherboard next to the "reset" pins. The next motherboard I put in that case didnt have a place for it, so I put it on the CMOS reset pins :D
Worked great for fine tuneing the overclock on the 366Mhz P2 that I put in it :p
Now that I think about it, maybe I'll mod a button into my current case for that :rolleyes:
 
It could just hook up to the clear CMOS jumper....you would just hold it in or switch it once, then turn on your computer then release or switch it back after the comp booted.
 
Since most CMOS switch today are of the 3 pin type, use this switch

wire each leg to each of the pin on the cmos reset, voila!
