CM storm or scout?

All CM cases in that product line start with CM Storm, be more specific about the first case please.
 
I built a Computer for a friend, he chose the Scout. It was rather awesome case for the price. I'd recommend it for a budget build most definetly. I haven't had any experience with the Enforcer though. But I will say, im not a fan of its looks (enforcers).

I have the enforcer and found that it was easy to work with. I think it is a preference for looks. Also depends with you want to use front bays often.
 
how much is scout now. i saw the lowest price is 59 after rebate.
does any see any discount?
