CM Stacker 832 Airflow

I'm thinking about getting a CM Stacker 832, with a window mod from Performance-PCs that includes two side panel fans over the PCI slots, and I'm concerned about the airflow. I plan on having five fans installed: two from two 4-in-3 drive bay devices blowing into the case (I'll probably put the 4-in-3s backwards to help hide the cables), two on the side panel blowing in, and the one on the motherboard tray exhausting out of the case. I'll probably be using 70 to 80 CFM fans. My PSU only has its own exhaust fan; nothing to suck air up from the motherboard. Does anyone see any airflow problems with this set up? Will I have heat build-up since I have more fans blowing in than out?

Also, how's the airflow on a stock 832?

I don't know yet. Performance-PCs doesn't have one separately priced on their site, but I plan on ordering the entire case with a couple other mods from them. I would guess it would be similar in price to getting a regular 830 done. I'm hoping to get a quote on the work in couple of days, if real-life doesn't find something else to eat my money with.
 
More intake than exhaust doesn't cause heat build-up if there's place for the air to escape. As long as there's nothing preventing the hot air from escaping, that cooling setup should be fine.
 
How loud is this case by the way? I have a thermaltake x something and its loud as hell.
