Sure.

I dont have that exact case but in general you gently (or you break the plastic retention "thingies" ) you pry the front plastic off of the chassis, usually it is best to start from the bottom and work upwards, this will expose the screws holding the fan to the chassis and its simple from there.

You not get a manual ? It should have a drawing showing how the front panel is put on or some instructions etc.

i have the case and i also changed the front blue LED. My machine is always on so when i sleep i hated the blue LED. However, i didn't change it with a scythe i bought another CM fan but in black (the one from new egg, there quite). So....yes its replaceable.

I also put another fan under my DVD drive as a seconed 120mm intake fan. SO 2 in front
 
is there something special you need to fit another fan in the front? im not seeing another bracket.
 
I've seen people use zip ties to add another fan in the front.

Thanks for all the info guys. Ya strangely mine didn't come with a manual even though everything was sealed up.
 
yea no brackets, i used small ties. Give it a try it blows nice air right into the ram and HSF.
