CM 541

I've built 6 of these and it 's a great little case. It is mATX not BTX, just that the motherboard is mounted in the opposite way from most. Works great as it is, try it before you think you need to mod it or mess with it.

I've run my last two rigs out of this case and Love it. Here's some photos of mine.

GOD ITS SO FUCKING BEAUTIFUL!! i want to see the silver version in real life photos , anyone got this case or the 540 version please post :) or suggestions.

As cbecknet has shown it's one of the easier cases for cable management. I've used copper Zalman HSF's and Rosewill or Seasonic PSU's with 120mm fans on the bottom for cooling. No other fans in the case at all, very, very quiet.

Homer you got pics yourself? , hey C can you take more pics can you put it beside your case and push it back i want to see how small it is.. thnx!

I don't have pics. I'm posting from a PC here at work with this very case, but no camera here. The others I've built for aquaintences or friends of friends and don't have access to them.

But the pics would look virtually the same except I've built them with Asus and MSI 6150 boards, and one DFI with the ATi RS482 chipset. All have onboard DVI so there's no video card and I also used onboard sound.

Use a liberal amount of zip-ties and it's easy to make clean cable runs like the pics above. If you don't use the second 5.25" external bay it's very easy to tuck in the extra cables there. If you do use it I'd suggest getting a modular PSU to eliminate some of the cables.

This has got to be the best bang for the buck in quality cheap black cases.

Really nice case. I've used one so far but would buy one again without hesitation.

Im down to TJ08 or the CM 540 , i like the 540 cause its silver not a black person
