CM 212+. Will it fit?

Hey guys,

I've got an Asus Sabertooth P67 and Corsair Vengeance memory. What I'd like to know is whether the Cooler Master 212+ will fit my setup especially with those high spreaders on the memory modules. I'm using 8 gigs of RAM so that's a pair of DIMMs and those go in sockets A2 and B2.

I saw a thread about the Asus P67P8 Pro motherboard with the Corsair Vengeance and the consensus was that the CM 212+ will fit but I'm not sure if the Sabertooth P67 has the same specs as that mobo.

Let me know what you think.
