Cloud backup-best review sites

[sphinx99]

I need a cloud backup servive for my personal data, photos and so forth. I know "who are the leaders" is a moving target, so rather than ask that question again, what are some trustworthy sites for reading up on and self-educating about current top choices?

(if anyone does have recommendations, I have maybe 1.5TB I would like backed up eventually, mostly small files < 10mb each, mostly photos, but also some larger files such as 1gb outlook PSTs. Remote access on a file-by-file basis would be nice.)

Amazon would be my top pick or maybe Drop-box, but not sure you can get 1.5TBs from them.

DropBox uses amazon - you just are limited by their company settings, and cost.

Most of the cloud 'services' use the large cloud-file storage locations so keep that in mind when comparing.

Personally I use dropbox, and my own custom software too (MAC).

I did a lot of research, and I am currently using Timeline Cloud to backup all my photos and files, it only took me 5 minutes for set up, plus it’s cheap. You can check it: http://www.timelinecloud.com/

Not cheap for 1.5 TB of data. When 300GB is $400/ year for the highest family plan.

Edit: There is an "unlimited" company plan for $24.95 /user/month however that has a minimum of 5 users.

I've been using BackBlaze for the past couple of months and it took a while to get all of my stuff uploaded, roughly 500GB worth of stuff due to my 1Mbit upload speed but so far so good. I have yet to have to actually restore yet but I haven't had any problems or have I heard anything bad.
