Cloth like sleeving?

I'm looking for some sleeving like that on my ATH-A700s, it's not the plastic stuff that I usually see, it feels more like a fabric.
 
The closest you can get is Nylon Multi-filament. It's very soft and great to work with, only don't expect it to expand like standard Techflex. Whereas Techflex can expand to about double it's specified diameter, Nylon Multi-Filament will only stretch a little over the specified diameter. Do not get Nylon Mono-Filament as that is more like standard Techflex than anything else.
 
I sent Audio Technica an email asking exactly what kind they use.

Is there any good place to get the Nylon kind you described?
