I have a million old black and white negatives and I am doing family research so need to process them. I will even take one built for Win 98 if necessary. Thanks

I have a Canoscan 8400f sitting in its box. The lamp still worked the last time I checked it. Shipping would be in the neighborhood of $30 - $40 due to size though.

I have a previous version of this and it's great--no computer needed, and just save to an SD card.

In fact, I had no idea they brought this back again, and I'll probably pick up this new one too since it can do far higher resolutions, so thank you for posting!
OOPs. Great prices on Ebay, BUT, then I caught the 30 and more shipping. Let me know if you are going to replace it and if you have the negative holders.
