Cloning display issue

Hi guys, so I have a rig that is using an XFX HD-585X-ZAFC Radeon HD 5850 1GB video card to display to 3 Dell 24" U2410s through the 2 DVI and 1 DisplayPort outputs. However, a client that is using this machine wants to clone the signal that is being shown on each of the Dells to 3 HDTVs. From my research, I've found out that I can get 3 1:2 DVI splitters (Gefens) to hook up to each of the outputs (with a DisplayPort to DVI converter on one) in order to make sure that each of the HDTVs shows a cloned image of the Dell in front of it.

Is this the best way to go about this? I'm open to other ideas. One option someone threw around was getting a 2nd video card but we're not sure whether it would be possible to send cloned images this way. Any help would be much appreciated.
