I have an application drive that I use for Steam, and installing software and my OS on another drive. Is it possible to clone my application drive to a new drive without any change?

I want to do this because I think my application drive is slowly dying.

of course you can.
you may just need to modify the drive letter (for the new drive) after you remove the old data/application drive.

You could even just have both drives connected and do a simple copy
