client lost password to windows 7 pro machine

our client has lost password to her windows 7 pro 32 bit machine. ive tried oph and hirens and trinity rescue disk. if this kinda of question not allowed i aplogize in advance. client is desperate and doesnt want to reload machine.:

easy. boot this, blank out the admin password.

(will fuck up efs if anything has been encrypted and you don't have a recovery agent).

dont understand when it says select path? not sure what to do after that or i just wait. its not working either.

Hiren boot disk has a few password reset tools. I have used them on everything from xp to 7 to server 2003. "Offline NT Password Changer 2010-06-27"

If remote desktop is enabled have you tried Cain and Abel?
