In the WC FAQ sticky tells you the clean out your rad especially if its new. It recommends against using vinegar because of the copper tubing. It basically tells you to boil distilled water. Pour it in your rad. Let it is for 5 to 10 minutes. Then pour out half the water and shake. Repeat 6 to 10 times. So I have begun this process and I'm 4 rounds in right now. The thing is, my water is coming out clear. Does this mean the rad is clean and I can stop or are these "deposits" and "flux" I am trying to get rid of not something that tints the water?

what rad are you using? Some have very little flux while other (Thermochill in particular) have tons.

I have a Thermochill PA120.3. It had quite a bit of stuff in it, but once the flushing water came out clear I stopped and all was good. I'd say you are good to go.
