I'm about to flush/clean my loop mainly the blocks. Tubing is a goner... have to replace it.

So do i just put straight vinegar in my bay and just run it with pump on for few hours, if so how many hours? Or do i go like 50/50% or 25% vinegar and rest water?

First time doing this

Remove all the parts.

Remove the copper pieces of all your blocks, and any rubber seals.

Place the copper pieces in a pan of vinegar, scrub if necessary.

Fill the rad with vinegar, let it sit for about 15m... Pour it out. Refill to half capacity, cap both barbs with your fingers and shake it for a few minutes, pour it out.

Rinse the res out with water.

Throw out the tubing.

Rinse EVERYTHING out with copious amounts of tap water. Then follow this tap-water washing with distilled water. You can fill a pan with distilled water (plastic tub's the best choice) and let the blocks rest in it for a bit, pull them out, and let them air dry on the outside (the insides can remain wet).

Clean all copper heat surfaces with 99% alcohol (91% is acceptable, no lower though). Do not allow alcohol to touch plastic. EVER.

Reconnect new tubing.

???

Overused internet joke :p

Thing is... I'm not really sure that I want to take out my rads... My blocks and tubing yes.

Would it be a problem leaving vinegar in the loop and let it run for few hours? Would it damage the acrylic part of DD blocks?

Another reason why I'm asking this because one of the TDX's screws is messed up and I cant get it unscrewed therefore, I need it to clean TDX within the loop.

Maze 4 GPU and Maze 4 chipset I will clean by hand. I will try to open up the TDX but i'm not sure if i will able to.

Vinegar is very acidic. It instantly ruins metals like stainless steel and aluminum, and it attacks rubber seals.

The problem with running the loop with vinegar is that the particulate matter sheared from the blocks ends up in places that a rinsing can't get to it. You NEED to do a VERY good rinse out before runing it 24/7.

Bah... I guess I will have to clean everything by hand.

I just dismantled my loop, blocks are in serious trouble... So are the fittings.

Ok, need help.

I will clean the blocks by hand... it shouldn't be a problem.
But... my radiators :( I had a crazy idea don't know if it would work or not but thats why I'm here... can I boil them? I'm serious :D Drop them in to the boiling hot water and leve them there until the nastiness comes off from inside of the rad?

boil water, flush it. repeat 3x.

The last time, boil water, pour inside, shake around. Let it sit for 24 hours and then flush with regular distilled water.
