I am installing a 9800 Pro on a computer that had a GforceMX400 video card. Where can I get the program to remove the previous drivers? Also the computer seems to lock up after 5 minutes. Should I install the new drivers in safe mode? Thanx for any help!

It's Driver Cleaner but you probably don't need it. The way you're supposed to swap cards is:
1) uninstall your old drivers using "Add/Remove Programs" with the old card still in the machine
2) reboot and run Driver Cleaner if you feel the urge
3) turn off, remove old card, install new card
4) boot up and install new drivers - you don't usually need safe mode
