Cleaning old reservoirs

I have a couple of old reservoirs that I've collected when switching up my loop. I'm looking to possibly sell them on [H] but they're pretty white inside (possible oxidization?). Any tips to get rid of that? I read in other posts that vinegar may do the trick. Anything else?
