hey all...
some of the logitech mice in our office are just ridiculously nasty.
i usually don't care, since i have cotton gloves i use when i'm trying to fix something on someone's box, and the workers usually don't mind, since it's their own god damned filth they're rolling in, but when a mouse "retires" to the shelf, it gets this really nasty thing going on after a week or so.
the rubber "grips" on the side of the mouse:
actually start to "sweat" out the built up oils, and it's totally fucking gross (can you tell i'm bummed?).
i've tried swabbing them with isopropyl alcohol, and mashed on them with windex, but it never seems to work... can anyone recommend a good solution, or has anyone else ever experienced this? i mean, we got a couple of hippies in our office, but i find it hard to believe they're uniquely gross in this manner.
