my firend just threw rasbarry lemonaid all over my 2005fpw as well as other shit in my room. how do i clean if off my monitor and will it damage it. im so pissed. not like i can do anything about it...

I can't give you a complete guide on it but I can tell you to

- be VERY gentle and take your time with cleaning it

- use something like an optical cloth (ie. for eye glasses) if you need to scrub, you don't want to leave any kind of evidence of cleaning on the surface or it'll piss you off when you see it in the glare

- don't put any liquid directly on the screen. You want something moist but with the water mostly squeezed out. If you're paranoid, use distilled water.

I've seen a lot of people advocate everything from harsh cleaners to alcohol etc.. But you can't go too wrong with something pure water and a moist, soft, non abrasive cloth. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Follow these very important steps:

1.) Look at your friend.
2.)Tell him how pissed you are
3.)Murder him and leave no trace
4.)Take his money and then kill his parents and take their money
5.)Then buy a new monitor with your new money!

Works everytime! :p

Disclaimer: I will not be held responsible if you are caught/put in prison/ given the death penalty/ etc etc etc.

Patents pending. he he he

But seriously...why the hell would your friends throw liquid all over the place like that? Was he drunk?????
