Clean PC, need tips & tricks

-I'm using Windows 7 Annihilation and am using a pirated version.
-My most used program is probably uTorrent and my total download is 757GB and still rising! (I downloaded alot of music and movies which is the most of it, and the are all clean, so I don't have any sketchy programs or viruses on my comp.)
-I just feel that there is to much crap on my PC and I need room and also want to try to speed it up (probably gonna buy more RAM soon)

But my cleaning technique with my computer is delete any music/movies/pics/docs/etc. that I don't need or use and then just use Disk Cleanup and Disk Defragmentor every month

Any tips/tricks you guys have to help speed up my comp and clean out any old junk?
