Clean Driver in SAFE mode ?

download Driver cleaner and read the instructions, it said to go to safe mode by pressing F8 while rebooting. Did that and it doesn't bring me to safe mode but it brings me to installing XP.

How can I go to safe mode with my spec above? So that I can clean my driver completely and able to install catalyst 5.6 ?
