CiscoCallManager on non supported hardware

As I understand it call manager won't install on non cisco hardware. I believe they designed it that way on purpose.

Negative, we have it virtualized and working on ESX 3.0.2. Older version, but still working.

If you have a good Cisco contact call them and ask them. They will send you the necessary info.

We did for our test environment here at work.

Other wise, search the web, tons of guides on doing just this.

That or get on cisco's site, find the supported hardware list. Then get on ebay and buy a server thats on the supported hardware list. Last time I looked it was like $200-$300 for a server that would run 4.3.
