Is there any place that tells what the -L, -S, or -E designation means on Cisco equipment?

For example, looking at the WS-C3650-24TD model, there is:

WS-C3650-24TD-L $2,719.18
WS-C3650-24TD-S $3,224.57
WS-C3650-24TD-E $5,161.76

Considerable price differences between them all despite being the same model. The Cisco website simply lists WS-C3650-24TD and makes no mention of the -S, -L, or -E.

-L is lan base. The switch will have NO L3 routing features.
-S is IP Base. The switch will have limited L3 routing, like static routes, EIGRP Stub, and OSPF
-E is Enterprise. The switch will have full L3 routing, including VRFs, full EIGRP and OSPF, etc.
