The simple rundown of this problem I'm running into is as follows:

I can connect to my network via SSLVPN (non-proxy) and ping/remote everything internally and externally.

If I connect to my network via proxy then with SSLVPN, I cannot ping/remote anything inside or outside my network. Basically, the connection is made but I can't do anything. For example, I cannot ping google.com but can connect to google.com with its FQDN.

Essentially what I want to do is connect to my network with SSLVPN through a proxy and be able to remote/ping my internal and external networks.

My initial inclination is that the proxy server doesn't know how to handle the SSLVPN request so it drops any packet being sent from the SSLVPN client. But I can't seem to figure this out. I'm using ISA 2000 3.0 proxy server.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

Figured it out. :)

I had to create two UDP protocol definitions and then apply them.
