Cisco router question

Alright, I have a cisco 2621XM with 256mb ram/32mb flash and the 12.3(11)T2 enterprise base firmware and am able to use all 256mb ram. My question is would it be worthwhile in anyway to increase my iomem option from the automatic setting of 8mb to a higher number? I have around 98MB free according to the cisco SDM (ver 2.3) running on the router.

Always use "smartinit". Manually setting the iomem is a thing of the past. It gets you nothing but memory issues if you manually set it.
