What do you mean Time out?
like a active connection on E0 or something timing out?

I need to know how to setup the ammount of time when you are connected to the router before it logs you out when your are inactive for a while, using telnet and http and such.

I think its:

exec-timeout <time in seconds>

It should go in the line console part of the config

I fired up my 4000M just to make sure, and it looks like Robert is correct, except at least in my IOS version the timeout is in minutes.

4000M(config-line)#exec-timeout ?
<0-35791> Timeout in minutes
