I would assume its something you need to pay for so you can take it up the BUTT because Cisco never includes accessories such as cables :(


Like buying a Cisco 1920 router, OH LOOK no ears to mount it with LOL !

We always get ears with our switches at least. We buy refurb.
 
It's not quite default. Someone has to add it to the BoM. Anyone with half a brain will do it though.

Also, most gear comes with rack kits.

BINGO!!!

I had to go to Cablesnkits to get my ears. Good thing they are a 20 min drive from my house. No waiting to get em. Not that ears are worth rush shipping
