Hi there,

I have one Cisco DPC3825 cable modem.

How can I connect it in terminal mode that I can enter and run cisco commands on it?

your's or isp's? not sure if you can either way, its a modem not a proper switch.
 
On both sides, I'm working from the ISP side but sometimes I wanted to do it in my home.

i meant is the modem owned by you or the isp. if its the isp's or even bought from them it may be completely locked down.
