There is no specific order to take the exams. It really depends on your comfort level with each of the exams and corresponding technology.

I already had my QoS exam passed before I actually started on my CCVP course. (Due to needing it for my IP Telephony Design Specialist Certification)

I would highly suggest starting with CVOICE if your VoIP knowledge is limited. It was also by far my favorite course. (I believe the new exams are a little different. IIRC CVOICE and GWGK are combined now)

The order I took mine:
QoS
CVOICE
GWGK
CIPT 4.1
TUC

Good Luck!!

Also, there is a new voice "add on" to the CCNA:
Found here.

Not sure what to make of it yet though, as I am preparing (again) for my CCNA.

A co-worker of mine has already taken the exam. It is very SMB centric, UC500 series equipment and CCME.

I don't think it would be a bad course to take, but worth it? IDK, depends on what you do and like.
