Cisco ASA in GNS3 and new version Wireshark capture

How many of you use GNS3 for ASA 5500 Firewalls along with ASDM? I am wondering what kinds of topologies you guys use to simulate it and learn it.

While I am on the subject of GNS3 I had a questions about the new version and the capture feature. I installed the latest version last night with the new live capture features but it seems to be only one way capture. That is pretty worthless if you ask me to see how things like routing updates are flowing around the network and seeing other types of replies. Is there a way to fix this?

I tried to get an emulated ASA working a while back, but man it was a huge PITA. I think I gave up after a day or two of screwing with it in hopes that someone will make it easier some day soon. In the meantime I got my hands on a 5505 to study with.
