I have acquired 5 Cisco AIR-AP1131G-A-K9 from a client site that will not power up. I have taken them apart and checked for anything that stands out as being burned or not looking right. I have traced current from POE as well as from another power supply and the system is getting power but not powering up. All 5 died at the same time and there was no spike in the power. The controller did not die and is still on site with another 5 devices that are new and under warranty. The ones I have do not have a warranty. I was hoping someone might have a similar issue and know a fix for them so I don't need to throw them in the dumpster. Any help would be great. Thank you
 
Cant get them to power up at all. I checked for a fuse on board and didn't find any. I will try to plug the console cable in while it has power and see if anything is recognized.
 
You know, i've got a 2970 that is the same way, i never thought to plug in a console cable to see if anything shows at all. I'm of no help here OP but i hope you figure it out hehe.
 
I may have a solution for you .... solder a capacitor 0.2mkf parallel to the resistor R662.
