Cisco 2950 switch replacements?

Unless you're using them for Cisco home labs (like me) then they fine. 2960 is a nice step up from them unless you want a newer 3xxx series core switch that can do layer 3 routing but they are expensive even used.

2950 were junk. They experienced a high rate of failure at our wan sites. Depending on your budget I'd step up to the 3560 series which I think are now called 3650.
