My 5930K with RAM @ 2800MHz @ 4.2GHz scores only 1150pts in cinebench.
At stock clock it scores less than the 3930K at 3.3GHz shown in the program as default.

How is this possible?
Is my results normal?
What is your results at default and at a frequency like mine using haswell-e 6 core?

bud why make a new thread for every question you have in the life? there is already a Cinebench Thread.. also a Haswell-E overclocking thread and so on... but well to answer... first I guess you don't know about Cinebench scores to say "just 1150".. to make a base line.. of more or less results:

3930K at 4.2ghz score ~1070
4.8ghz Xeon X5670 about ~1100..
4.7ghz 4770K score about ~940..
4.5ghz 3770K Score about ~820..
5.0ghz 3930K Score about ~1280
6.3ghz 4960X Score about ~1700

Enough good for you??.. what are you expecting? your results look correct for your setup...

Results taken from the Cinebench Thread..

my cinebench reports 1096 pts for 3930K at stock speed
so faster than my 5930K at stock speeds.

Cinebench report from similar user system, and Cinebench do not report Turbo frequency.. so can't know when a chip its overclocked or not as just report the stock operative speed.. so your chip should be reported as 3.5ghz even if you are at 5ghz..
