Choosing which screen a program first loads on

Is there a way in nVidia's drivers or elsewhere to choose which screen a game will load on when you have multiple monitors? Right now a game will appear on the primary monitor. But my primary monitor is a crappy LCD with horrible ghosting, while the other one is a CRT. I know i could just switch which one is primary and secondary, but I like how my setup is now on my desk, and, i dunno, I just would rather not. :p Anyway, any help would be appreciated.
