gotta read man... the APC is most likely discontinued it clearly says "clearance" vs the TL "on sale". go with the APC its fine or find a new model APC.
 
What kind of TV are we talking about here? If it's a plasma then there's no way in heck that tripp-lite will work with only 180W of capacity. Add up the power consumption of everything you're using. (also: a Blu-ray player and a separate dvd player? why..? the Blu-ray player can play DVDs)

Between those two, definitely the APC, assuming it's even available given the site says: "Shipping: Not available"
