Chipset or Pushpins

Does anybody know where I can get either the entire chipset cooler or just the pushpins? Any local stores like bestbuy, target, staples, radioshack have them? This is ridiculous...
 
Got a new cooler, but now my computer won't start. Full story in thread for it that I posted.
