just a quick question, i have a maze4 cooling my p5ad2-e chipset...i lost the heatsink that was originally there, if i take the maze4 off and have nothing there, what am i risking, and what would happen...would it matter?

on my old kt266 board the stock heatsink was really just on there for looks; there was no thermal past on there or even a thermal pad

DONT!!!!

The chipset of the intels get's VERY hot, same with AMD, and some OC'ers have put water and phase on the chipset to help the OC. DONT run the chipset without some cooling

truth, on older chipsets it was fine if you ran without, but now it is NECESSARY
