Hey,
I have a 3-year-old Chieftec chassis, and want to be sure before I turn it on. The wires are all labelled, but I am not sure which way they go (polarity). The wires all have an arrow on one side, and something like KSP printed in front of it. I would assume that the arrow indicates +, however every set of wires has a black wire, and I would assume this was the ground, however the arrows would lead me to reconsider (it's on black on some, colored on others. Any advice? There page didn't help me at all. Thanks!
 
Getting the polarity backwards on the front connectors wont cause any harm. so just hook them up and if the front LEDs dont work the switch them around, the front switches doesnt matter either way. But if you want to get it right the first time it is safe to assume that the wire colors are more accurate than the connector, So black is ground and the colored wire is Positive.
 
ok, the mobo directions say that getting the LED wrong won't hurt, but it said getting the switches wrong will! Are you positive, lol? Also, for the front USB, I have an extra single pin connector for ground, but the one place where it could go in the instructions it says NC (no connector I assume). Thanks for your advice!
 
The switch only closes the loop, theres no polarity at all involved in the front switches, yes I am sure about that.
