Chieftec Matrix Case...

l've used that case for about 4 years before upgrading to a Silverstone TJ06 (which is not in your price range). It has lots of room and plenty places for fans. If you are getting the steel version, about the only bad thing I can say about it is that it weighs a ton.
 
i just picked up a cheming 602 which is very much like that case. it has plenty of room and is fairly easy to work with. just make sure you get some high cfm fans since the case stock accepts only 80mm fans. also mine is aluminum just like the one you posted and for a case its size it is fairly light.
 
It is also pretty easily modded to fit some 120mm fans, too. I have the Chieftech Dragon Aluminum edition, and I wouldn't trade it for anything short of a Lian-Li V1000/2000. It's a great case!
 
I would suggest going with grey, black, or white. That yellow will become annoying very quickly lol.

I too have a Dragon and love it. Check out the Chieftec Gallery for some ideas. The high-gloss steel Dragon can be had for $75 shipped if you look hard enough, or don't mind rebates. I have a worklog that shows the innards. If interested, I'll put up the link.
