Chenbro Gaming Bomb II

Looks just like any other ATX case out there.

They say "...Chenbro’s engineering team started with a clean design slate; no idea was too far- fetched for consideration, no design concept was impossible, and no compromises were to be made."

I see nothing in those images that is anything more than a regular ATX case. I mean they didn't even do much with the faceplate!

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Chenbro, but I would expect a lot more from them if they say stuff like that. I mean, if you wanna see innovation, look at these:

http://images10.newegg.com/productimage/11-171-003-08.JPG <--- 8 full sized bays in a midtower!!!!

http://images10.newegg.com/productimage/11-119-024-06.JPG <--- One of the first "real" HTPC cases!!!!

http://images10.newegg.com/productimage/11-195-003-01.JPG <--- The bubbly lights were an innovation. Ugly yeah, but innovative at least.

http://images10.newegg.com/productimage/11-126-134-01.JPG <--- Has a pretty mirror on the front so you can look at yourself.

http://images10.newegg.com/productimage/11-146-005-01.JPG <--- Fugly, but at least they look different.

Sure, none of those cases may suit your cases, but at least they come closer to "...no idea was too far- fetched for consideration..."

I'll give Chenbro a 10 on the power button though. That thing is kick-ass.

Yeah, not too bad really. Very G5 esque, but at least they put a damn air filter in the case.

If I wanted to build a second, cheap, computer and put it in a funky case I could go for something like that.

I like it a lot. Nice handles, understated bezel, enough room for all my drive needs. Yup, I see the black one in my future.

A decent looking case! Something you don't see much anymore :p

I like it a lot, I would consider using one of those for my next build (I would hope they make a version without the window, as I would mod my own)

I will give you 50 cents and an old rubber boot for one, maybe a book of stamps
Its kind of cool, but boo-coo bucks I bet.... how much you say>?

It is very G5'ish, but still it looks pretty cool. I have the Chenbro Gaming Bomb 1, and I really enjoy that...

If I wanted a case that took obvious styling cues from a g5, I'd just buy a g5.

if you have mac envy that bad, at least look at the pcv1000, where they actually incorporated some of the features that do something besides just looks.

Riiiight. There's some nice features in the case, although I won't be buying one. Not at the price it's going to cost.

Nice looking case - if the price is right they should have a good target market. Probably competing with the Super Lanboy.

I love it cept the window.. if they have a model with out the window Imma get one
