Apr 24, 2006 #2 E Eva_Unit_0 [H]ard|Gawd Joined Jun 1, 2005 Messages 1,991 unless your 9800 pro is one of the rare ones with an R360 core then it doesn't have any thermal diode in it which means an external temp probe is the only way to read temps. Either pop off the cooler or use ATItool to check which core it is.
