1080p video content is fine, the games depend on how old you are talking about.
 
If you want a comparison I believe it's roughly equivalent to a between a 8600GTS and 8800GS (older desktop GPUs).
 
If it's equivalent to an 8 series I should be ok with most titles. I did just buy the stick of truth though.
 
Keep in mind mid range 8 series though. I check the Stick of Truth and it says the min requirement is a 9800gt?

Also keep in mind min requirements are likely not for 1080p 30 fps playability but much lower.
