Running the config that is in my sig on a 350watt honestly rated seasonic...

Have a Kill-A-Watt meter hooked up and I am pulling 140watts idle and about
240 under full gaming load.

I am loving seasonic... Anyone else running something decent on a "low" PSU ?

My rig is quite a bit older and slower than the one in your sig, yet Kill-A-Watt shows it at 130 w. w/o monitor, (Sony 19" Trinitron CRT) 215 idle, and 310-350 gaming. (COD2 is the only game I tested with) I've been limping along with an old Aspire (Perspire?) 500 watt psu with 34 amps on the 12+ rail...Your Seasonic is probably a MUCH better and stronger psu than the one I'm using...

(hmm, my sig isn't showing (for me anyway), so I'll just say P4/533 Northwood, X850XT-PE AGP card, etc...)

I think for the most part, minus video cards, hardware has been going down in power consumption. Kind of depends on what end you look at.

the 350watt seasonic has 17amps on the 12v rail btw.

113w with a 3.6ghz E4300, 7800gt, and 4 hard drives.
