go at it brethren

I have the monitor listed, the BenQ FP202W and while I like it quite a bit but be aware that it does not have any USB ports on it you like them on your monitor, it has a limited number of inputs (DVI and VGA only) whereas others have things like composite in, it will not do PiP like some other monitors, and it has no controls to tilt or swivel the screen on the stand. It is very very barebones, but if it is all you need, it isn't bad.

As for the other parts, I assume you're building a gaming computer? I don't game so I'm not going to mention things like the video card which would more than adequate for my uses but the PSU and the hard drive seem really excessive to me.

On a side note, couldn't have listed the names of each product next to the link so that people wouldn't have to click on nine different links just to see your parts list? If you want help you should try to make it as easy for other people as you can, not as hard as you can.

Drop the raptor. Not worth it anymore and if you want a gaming pc go with one of the much less expensive SLI mobos, P5N-E SLI. After that you just saved like $100 and you could go for a raid 0 array with 2 of the cheap 320gb hdds. More storage and also performs faster. And I believe that is still less then the raptor plus the bad axe. Unless of course you are dead set on the raptor and bad axe. But that's just my suggestion.

The Corsair 620W would be a better choice, pricewise, over the PC P&C. Good quality power (made by Seasonic) for a little less money.

The X1950Pro would be a better choice for gaming. It outperforms the 7900GS for not much more.

If you don't need crossfire, then skip the BadAxe2 and go for either the DS3, P5N-E SLI, P5B-E, P5B Deluxe, or P5N32-E SLI Plus.

If you don't want to deal with rebates, the G.Skill 2GBNQ kit is only $165 without a rebate. If you want better timing, the G.Skill 2GBPK kit is also good. If you want to OC past 450Mhz FSB, then you'll need a different board and better ram, like the Patriot eXtreme Performance DDR2-800 LLK sticks or Buffalo Firestix.

Skip the soundcard. Onboard will do just fine. My raptor HDD gets 78MB/s. My Seagate 7200.10 320GB gets 65MB/s. I'll let you decide if its worth the extra money, but imo, its not.

My point exactly. The raptor has been outclassed by the larger capacity 7100.10 models. If I'm correct the 750gb model is faster then the 10k rpm raptor.
