Check this for me?

Get a Q6600 instead of a Q6700, they will both OC to the same level. Rest looks good, only thing I'd change would be I'd take the $ saved from getting the Q6600 to get a P5Q Deluxe. That mobo is a good choice also tho.
 
know off hand if that memory will work with that board? the asus board
edit: n/m i found it and that it does, p5q is interesting looking, been a while since i used asus (a7n8x-d) but i always liked there boards so i think i will switch it
