Check Quality and Compatibility Please!

I will be using two AMD opteron 248 processors rated @ 2.2 ghz, and the following items:

Case
Mobo
Hardrive
Drive1
Drive2
Memory
Vid Card
Monitor

With the monitor this all adds up to about 1199.99, so $1200 (if I entered everything in correctly). My main problem is compatibility and overall quality. I'd just like to know if everything will operate with one another and if I'm not paying to much. So if anyone knows where I can get any of this cheaper...it'd be greatly appreciated. Also, I have no idea where to get or what kind of heatsink I need for the chips.

Looks good to me.. some personal opinions are following, but there is nothing *wrong* with your decision



1) I don't like ocz products : bad history, horrible support procedures (in practice.. their promise is a lot better than their result), and just not as reliable as say, crucial.. but, cheaper..

2) Western digital and maxtor have been giving me a lot of failed drives as of late - I'm opting for seagate nowadays on the ~20 computers a week I am involved in

3) Buy the retail cpu's. : Their included heatsinks are plenty, and they have 3 year warranties instead of 30 days..

4) Sidewindercomputers.com is my 1 stop shop for at least DECISION making for cooling solutions..

I thought western digital was a good company. What about Hiatachi, there was one for about the same price. Is gigabyte a good ram company? I could get the same amount of gigabyte ram as the ocz.
